Our heated indoor pool with 145cm water depth and about 28° water temperature (even in winter) revives your spirits. Immerse in the refreshing wet after a beaufiful day of vacation – e.g. after skiing on the slopes of the nearby ski resorts Planai or Hauser Kaibling.
The indoor-pool is all year-available to our guests.
Our barrier-free sauna – optionally steam bath (soft sauna) – also has a large lying area and is equipped with music.
Because of the high temperatures, the muscles in your body relax. At the same time, the hot air in the sauna improves the blood flow to your mucous membrane in the nose, mouth and throat. Your metabolism also gets busy with the sauna heat. Likewise the body’s defense system (immune system).
